Chargeback Analyst

Processing incoming fraud and non-fraud cardholder dispute cases, the full-time remote Chargeback Analyst I will research and resolve claims, manage chargebacks and funds recovery, and ensure compliance with card association and regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities Review and initiate resolutions for dispute inquiries from cardholders and credit unions Analyze fraud/dispute information and process chargebacks within established rules and timeframes Maintain accurate case files and generate necessary correspondence to ensure compliance Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 1 year of customer service experience required 1 year of experience working in payments preferred General knowledge of card brand processing preferred
