Chatbot Documentation Developer Toronto

Use Python scripting and automation onsite in Toronto to modernize chatbot documentation with Confluence, Markdown, Git, and AI-assisted development.

This experienced Chatbot Content Developer position focuses on improving knowledge sources for chatbots and AI-enabled applications. You will convert Confluence content into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats. The work includes automation utilities, documentation management, and collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and improve technical documentation used as chatbot knowledge sources
• Convert Confluence pages into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats
• Develop automation scripts for content conversion and migration
• Maintain documentation in Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket repositories
• Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices

Requirements:

• Five or more years using Python or Java for automation
• Hands-on Markdown and documentation-as-code experience
• Confluence administration and content migration experience
• Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar platform proficiency
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
