Chief Compliance Leader, Wealth Management

National Bank is seeking a Senior Director, NBFWM Compliance in Montreal to lead and shape our Wealth Management Compliance program. You will manage first-line and second-line teams, advise executive leadership, and represent the bank with regulators on complex matters.

You will partner with Legal Affairs, drive program modernization through data and AI, and promote a pragmatic, value-driven compliance culture across the organization.
