Chief Exchange Platform Architect

Kraken is seeking a Head of Exchange Infrastructure to own the core matching engine, APIs, and custody interfaces. You will consolidate engines into a single platform and lead four to five product managers, partnered with an engineering manager, staying hands-on when needed.

You will define success metrics, shape the roadmap across exchange and core infrastructure, and collaborate with risk and compliance. A crypto markets background and strong communication with stakeholders are essential.
