Key Responsibilities: • Oversee GAAP compliant financial reporting and audits • Manage cash forecasting and working capital effectively • Lead financing strategies including debt and equity • Ensure compliance with multi-province tax regulations • Develop the finance, accounting, and supply chain teams
Requirements: • 12+ years of finance and accounting experience • CPA designation with relevant degree • Proven experience in manufacturing and logistics sectors • Strong knowledge of external audits and GAAP • Familiarity with modern ERP systems
