Key Responsibilities: • Own budgeting and forecasting with the CEO • Lead preparation of board materials and performance insights • Track financial metrics, identifying trends and risks • Build internal systems for real-time business performance • Improve workflows across finance and operations
Requirements: • 5-10 years in operations, finance, or strategy roles • Experience with startups from Seed to Series A • Strong financial acumen and operational execution skills • Proven adaptability in fast-moving environments • Excellent communication and structured thinking
