We’re seeking a visionary Chief Product Architect to lead the technical design and architecture of cutting‑edge communication solutions that make a real‑world impact. In this influential role, you’ll drive the end‑to‑end architecture of innovative, scalable, and reliable products — from concept through to volume manufacture. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with Product Managers, Design Authorities, and Engineering Leads to bring advanced communications technologies to life.

What You’ll Do

• Architect world‑class solutions: Lead the design and technical direction for a portfolio of products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business strategy.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work with cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into robust technical architectures and guide key design decisions.
• Drive innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and methodologies, continuously improving product performance and development processes.
• Provide technical leadership: Mentor engineering teams, uphold design best practices, and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Own the full lifecycle: Oversee architecture and design from concept through prototyping, production, and scaling to volume manufacture.
• Engage stakeholders: Align technical strategies with long‑term business objectives, ensuring commercial and technical success.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 10+ years in product engineering, including 5+ years in a senior or architectural role — ideally within the communications industry.
• Strong proficiency in designing high‑availability, mechanically robust products for volume manufacture.
• Deep understanding of communications technologies — 4G/5G, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, NTN.
• Knowledge of networking and real‑time protocols (VoIP, SIP, MCX).
• Experience with Qualcomm modems, high‑speed digital design, RF engineering, and mechanical design.
• Familiarity with PCB layout, embedded software (Linux/Android), and cloud (AWS, Docker).
• Programming experience in Java, Python, and C++.
• Leadership: Proven track record leading cross‑functional teams and influencing at all levels.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex challenges and driving innovation.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Background in the mission critical communications sector.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into communication platforms.
