Chief Site Operations - Network Access (Hybrid)

Cubis Systems, part of the CRH Group, is seeking a Head of Site Operations for Network Access Products across UK/ROI. The role leads manufacturing sites, drives safety, quality and lean performance, and partners with central functions to deliver operational excellence and profitability.

You will manage site leaders, translate strategy into action, control budgets, and ensure on-time customer delivery while pursuing continuous improvement and capacity expansion.
