Overview
Senior technology leader to own Softcats Workspace proposition, guiding product and service decisions with market insights. You will collaborate across the Office of the CTO, TTC and Services Council to ensure short-term impact and long-term readiness. You’ll identify customer problems, select relevant products, and plan engaging journeys for customers and sellers. This is a mission-driven role focused on modernising workspace tech to reduce TCO, improve digital experiences and accelerate transformation.

Responsibilities
- Ambassador for Softcat values and culture
- Provide technology market insights for Workspace TTC and leadership
- Identify common customer problems and opportunities for adoption
- Select products and services addressing those problems
- Plan successful customer engagement journeys across Softcat
- Create concise stories to bring concepts to life for sellers and customers
