Job Description

Seeking a Technical Product Owner with strong Consumer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) experience to own backlog prioritization, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and delivery of customer identity initiatives. Experience with ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, or similar CIAM platforms preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage backlog, prioritization, and sprint planning.
  • Partner with Business, Security, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
  • Approve requirements, enhancements, and platform changes.
  • Drive initiatives related to SSO, MFA, identity federation, registration, and authentication.

Skills and Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience.
  • Strong CIAM experience.
  • Experience managing Agile backlogs and delivery teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
  • ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID experience.
  • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and MFA.
  • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
