CIBC Client Service Banking Associate

Support CIBC clients with everyday banking, transactions, and digital banking guidance in an on-site, full-time banking centre environment.

As a Client Engagement Associate on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you provide first-line support in a banking centre. You answer questions, manage transactions, explain financial products, and connect clients with appropriate solutions. You also help clients use mobile banking applications while strengthening relationships through purposeful service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer client questions and assist with everyday banking transactions
• Explain financial products and support basic product sales
• Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
• Identify opportunities for specialist referrals and team connections
• Work across multiple banking centres within reasonable travel distance
