CIBC Financial Services Representative

Build trusted client relationships at CIBC as a Financial Services Representative, using financial products knowledge and tailored service onsite full-time.

As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will support clients at the PCF-Guelph Line Banking Centre. You will understand personal and business priorities, recommend solutions, and provide forward-looking financial planning. The work includes cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection conversations. You will also introduce mobile banking applications and connect clients with appropriate people and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
• Advise clients on financial solutions and forward-looking plans
• Use cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection knowledge
• Build relationships through marketing and outreach activities
• Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications

Requirements:

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• One year working with clients and achieving sales results
• Client-first, goal-oriented, and detail-focused approach
• Critical thinking skills supporting informed decision-making
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
