Serve Ormstown clients onsite full-time by building relationships, understanding goals, and recommending tailored financial products and solutions.

As a Financial Services Representative with CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll support clients in a Banking Centre. You’ll provide informative service, develop financial plans, and connect clients with suitable opportunities. This regular position offers 37.5 weekly hours and requires flexibility across nearby banking centres, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
• Recommend cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection solutions
• Provide forward-looking financial plans supporting client goals
• Build networks through marketing and community outreach activities
• Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications

Requirements:

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• At least one year working with clients and achieving sales results
• Client-first, goal-oriented approach with strong critical thinking
• Passion for relationships, learning, and diverse networks
• Flexibility for banking centre hours and nearby locations
