ClearSkye IAM Engineer - ServiceNow & Integrations

lacuna-talent is supporting a global business implementing the ServiceNow Clearskye IAM integration. We seek an external consultant to help implement and configure the system.

Key activities include admin, configuration & development across Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, Asset, CMDB, Service Requests, SLM and Virtual Agent; IAM with Clear Skye governance; ITOM/ITBM/HRSD/CSM modules; and integrations with Oracle Fusion and Active Directory. Strong communication is essential.
