Client Associate Wealth Management

Support high-net-worth clients at CIBC Wood Gundy in Montreal through administrative expertise, investment documentation, and relationship-focused service. Work arrangement details will be discussed during your interview.

As a Client Associate in Wood Gundy’s brokerage department, you will support an Investment Advisor and team. Your work will include client accounts, investment plans, written proposals, financial products, and compliance. You will help deliver responsive service while strengthening client relationships and supporting team productivity. The position is regular, with 37.5 weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance standards across client files and interactions
• Perform administrative processes supporting Investment Advisors and teams
• Assist with investment plans and written client proposals
• Redirect assets toward appropriate financial products
• Respond promptly and improve client experiences

Requirements:

• Current Registered Representative accreditation with CIRO Investment Dealer
• Good standing as a certified professional
• Financial services or brokerage industry experience
• Working knowledge of various quotation equipment
• Fluency in French and English
