Client-Centric Banking Advisor for Personal Banking

National Bank is seeking a Senior Banking Advisor to deliver a people-centric experience to branch clients and serve as a resource for colleagues. You’ll listen to needs, resolve complex situations, and contribute to client satisfaction.

In this role you’ll advise Personal and Small Business clients on transactions, mortgages, financing, insurance, and estate planning while ensuring compliance and risk management. You’ll also support branch teams and participate in their development.
