Client Experience & Mobility Support Specialist

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. in Vernon, BC is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to welcome clients in person and via phone or email, help with equipment questions and identify solutions that meet their needs.

You will coordinate deliveries, appointments, equipment trials and rentals; build relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals; maintain client records; and support a team dedicated to an exceptional client experience.
