Client Experience Specialist - Banking Center

CIBC in Grimsby is seeking a Client Service Representative to support clients with everyday banking needs in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. You’ll be the first line of support, helping with questions, transactions, and connecting clients to the right team members.

You’re flexible to work our banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and travel to multiple centres within a reasonable distance.
