Support Desjardins members and clients through personalized financial services, investment solutions, and responsive customer service. Work closely with advisors while maintaining quality standards.

As a Client Financial Services Agent, you provide immediate support for investment, financing, and protection needs. You help advisors deliver services and maintain business relationships. Your work includes researching requests, recommending solutions, supporting sales development, and tailoring assistance to each member or client. You also help colleagues manage agendas and emails while promoting suitable tools and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle requests, research needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support advisors with services and business relationships
• Manage colleagues’ agendas and emails
• Recommend tools and channels suited to client independence
• Participate in sales development initiatives

Requirements:

• Attestation of Collegial Studies
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
• Knowledge of French required
• Effective communication and customer focus
