Client Financial Services Agent

Provide personalized financial support as a full-time, on-site Client Financial Services Agent with Desjardins. Use communication skills to serve members and clients.

Work closely with advisors to maintain business relationships and deliver services. Offer simple solutions across investment, financing, and protection based on client needs. Support customer satisfaction, service quality, routine transactions, product sales, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client requests, research needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support advisors with agendas, emails, and business relationships
• Recommend solutions matching member and client expectations
• Guide clients toward suitable tools and service channels
• Participate in sales development initiatives and business opportunities

Requirements:

• Attestation of Collegial Studies
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
• Knowledge of French is required
• Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
