As a Client Financial Services Agent at Desjardins, you work closely with advisors and support business relationships. You respond to requests, research needs, recommend suitable solutions, and assist with routine transactions. Your work also supports service quality, customer satisfaction, and business development initiatives.

• Handle client requests and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Support advisors with services and business relationships
• Help colleagues manage agendas and emails
• Guide members through tools and service channels
• Participate in sales development initiatives

Requirements:

• Attestation of Collegial Studies
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
• Valid driver's licence
• Availability to travel throughout Montérégie, up to 60 kilometres
