Support members and clients through personalized financial service using communication skills and solutions for investment, financing, and protection needs.

As a client financial services agent, you support advisors and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You recommend solutions aligned with action plans, organizational standards, and client needs. The position includes customer service, routine transactions, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client requests, research needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Help colleagues manage agendas and emails
• Recommend tools and channels suited to client independence
• Create offers for routine transactions
• Participate in sales development initiatives

Requirements:

• Attestation of Collegial Studies
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
• French language knowledge required
• Effective communication, interpersonal savvy, and situational adaptability
