Serve Desjardins members and clients full-time on site through personalized financial support, effective communication, and practical solutions.

As a Client Financial Services Agent, you work closely with advisors to support services and business relationships. You address immediate needs involving investment, financing, and protection. Your customer-focused approach supports satisfaction, service quality, and business development while following organizational standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle member and client requests
• Research needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support colleagues with agendas and emails
• Recommend tools and channels matching client independence preferences
• Participate in sales development initiatives

Requirements:

• Attestation of Collegial Studies
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
• Knowledge of French
• Effective communication and customer focus
