Key Responsibilities: • Complete client setup and dashboard creation in HRIS • Manage multiple client implementations and payroll runs • Train newly onboarded clients for product use • Consult clients on payroll and HR needs effectively • Update CRM with implementation milestones and tasks
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of related HR/Payroll experience • Associate degree is preferred • Strong analytical and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities • Familiarity with project management tools
