Overview

In this role you will diagnose and resolve real-time trading system issues for top financial institutions, supporting high-performance distributed platforms. You’ll collaborate with traders, developers, and admins to maintain system reliability in fast-paced environments. You’ll develop tactical and strategic solutions to prevent future problems and improve production resilience. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering position at the forefront of electronic trading, offering impactful work on mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve real-time trading system issues at customer sites
  • Interact with traders, developers, and system admins to troubleshoot
  • Proactively design solutions to prevent future incidents and improve stability
Key requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability
