Overview

In this Client Solution Consultant role, you will act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, demonstrating how MuleSoft and Informatica platforms can transform IT and accelerate innovation. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives across the sales cycle, translating technical needs into business value and guiding customers through architecture discussions and PoCs. You’ll work within a collaborative Pre-Sales team to shape opportunities and support customer success in the UK & Ireland. This is a chance to influence strategic decisions and drive agentic transformation at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate opportunities by aligning customer tech requirements with business objectives
  • Build and nurture relationships with IT teams and C-Level stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Account Executives across the sales process
  • Lead architectural discussions and workshops
  • Create and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and respond to RFIs/RFPs
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to technical audiences
  • Develop PoCs as part of an account team to showcase platform capabilities
  • Support account planning and strategy with Account Executives
  • Contribute to marketing activities such as blogs, webinars, and industry events
  • Shadow sales calls to enhance understanding of customer scenarios
Key requirements
  • Enterprise software Pre-Sales experience
  • Proven ability to influence key decision-makers
  • Hands-on experience with middleware and API technologies
  • Experience with integration patterns, data integration, BPM, MDM (or equivalents)
  • Proficient in hands-on development, coding, and API design
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (iPaaS, SaaS, cloud infra)
  • Exposure to agentic AI concepts (preferred)
  • Proven PoC delivery and RFIs/RFP responses
  • Ability to lead architectural discussions
  • Willingness to travel within UK & Ireland
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
