Overview

In this role, you will support senior Strategists in delivering asset allocation and risk-management solutions for clients and prospects. You will work with cross-functional partners to translate investment objectives into actionable analyses and recommendations. You will leverage proprietary tools and data to run risk analyses, optimisations, and scenario testing, and help prepare client-focused presentations. The position offers exposure to multi-asset insights, ALM topics, and thought leadership while contributing to scalable, data-driven client solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior Strategists to understand client objectives and design tailored solutions
  • Deliver asset allocation and risk management solutions for clients and prospects (assets-only and ALM)
  • Run risk analytics, optimisations, scenario analyses, and stress tests using proprietary software and external data
  • Create presentation books detailing analyses and recommendations
  • Maintain marketing and educational materials
  • Produce risk management, attribution, and other product analysis reports as needed
  • Support generation of thought leadership by building models and intellectual capital
  • Utilise AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and enhance insights
  • Manage multiple client projects with deadlines
Key requirements
  • 1–3 years in investment strategy, asset allocation, or related analytical roles
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; modelling and advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with AI tools in day-to-day workflow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • English fluency; another European language desirable
  • Passion for financial markets and investment management
  • Solid investment knowledge across asset classes
  • Strong results focus; ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proactive, organized, high-energy team player
  • Able to tackle complex problems under tight deadlines
  • Ideally pursuing CFA, CAIA, or FIA
