Client Success Architect | Hybrid, Growth & Impact

CNS Media Ltd in Chesterfield is seeking a Client Success Executive to own the day-to-day experience of a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The role is 35 hours per week, on a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 remote.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Client Success Manager, build strong client relationships, and use monday.com as the backbone for projects and reporting.
