Client Systems Integration Coordinator

Client communication and systems integration are central to this full-time onsite role with NRI in South Surrey or Kamloops, BC. Coordinate reliable implementations.

The Systems Integration Specialist acts as a liaison between clients and the System Project Manager. You will support onboarding, account development, integration testing, client inquiries, and cross-functional delivery. The position requires careful attention to customer requirements, system needs, project scope, and completion dates. You will also provide feedback, review documentation, and help resolve challenges through professional service and practical guidance. Continuous improvement and positive end-user feedback are important measures of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding with client and project teams
• Evaluate inquiries and provide appropriate client assistance
• Recommend process changes based on system needs
• Coordinate scope, SOW progress, and completion reporting
• Support ad hoc testing and helpdesk requests

Requirements:

• Customer service and integration experience of one year or more
• Aspire or comparable warehouse process experience of one year or more
• Working familiarity with Office 365 applications
• Strong relationship-building and cross-department communication skills
• Personal accountability for solutions and obstacles

Use client coordination, system testing, and troubleshooting abilities to support NRI integrations and dependable end-user experiences onsite.
