Client Systems Integration Specialist

Deliver secure system integrations onsite in South Surrey or Kamloops, using customer service, project coordination, and communication skills.

As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will support new and existing NRI clients through onboarding, maintenance, and integration projects. You will collaborate with Client Project, IT, Product Owner, Operations, and Client Service teams. The work includes defining scope, reviewing documentation, testing integrations, and reporting progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate new client onboarding and system integration
• Review ERP documentation and field mapping
• Manage end-to-end integration testing
• Coordinate SOW scope, progress, and billing flow
• Provide client troubleshooting and helpdesk support

Requirements:

• One year customer service and integration experience
• One year Aspire or similar warehouse process experience
• Familiarity with Office 365 software
• Ability to interpret customer needs effectively
• Willingness to uphold NRI Leadership principles
