Clinical Analytics AI Training Manager

Shape AI understanding of healthcare data through clinical analytics, SQL, and business intelligence in a fully remote contract. Work 10–40 hours weekly.

Alignerr seeks an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager for healthcare AI training initiatives. You will lead analytics work spanning clinical, operational, and performance data. The position requires end-to-end BI systems expertise, including dashboards, data models, reporting pipelines, and SQL. You will also evaluate AI-generated healthcare analytics outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytics for decision-making
• Optimize data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines
• Analyze clinical and operational trends for high-stakes decisions
• Validate AI-generated healthcare data and analytics outputs

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare or clinical analytics
• Proven end-to-end BI systems management ability
• Experience with regulated healthcare datasets
• SQL skills and modern BI tool familiarity
• Clear communication with leadership audiences
