Join a team where the learners come first! At Lighthouse Autism Center, clinical quality is held to the highest standard and we’re looking for BCBAs who share that mission. As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication , independence , and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuro-affirming , assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed , ethical care to support the people we serve. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages
  • 2 to 3 years management/supervision experience
  • Demonstrates exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skills
  • Completely independent with ABA programming and implementing evidence based intervention strategies
  • Meets all expectations of SR PM position based on checklist attached
