Responsibilities

  • Help establish our organization by recruiting the right team members, driving business development, and building essential systems and relationships
  • As the organization grows, focus on full-time clinical leadership, including:
    • Supervision structure
    • Documentation standards
    • Staff development
    • Quality of care across the board
  • Leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive growth
  • Collaborate with our team to build a comprehensive ABA therapy program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners

Requirements

  • Licensed BCBA with hands-on clinical experience
  • Active New Jersey LBA license, required
  • Leadership instincts, with experience managing people and processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Commitment to building something excellent, rather than just functional
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

What We Offer
