Cloud Accounting Services Manager

Lead cloud accounting engagements at MNP while applying accounting operations expertise and advanced QuickBooks Online or Xero knowledge. This manager role supports clients through evolving reporting needs.

As a Manager with MNP’s Regional ease Cloud Accounting Services team, you will oversee full-cycle accounting engagements. Your work spans bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll administration, and accounts payable and receivable. You will also advise clients, support teams, and address technology issues across cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle cloud accounting operations and client engagements
• Oversee reconciliations, reporting, payroll, payables, and receivables
• Monitor engagement quality and resolve technology issues
• Allocate workload and coach cloud accounting bookkeepers
• Build trusted advisor relationships and identify business development opportunities

Requirements:

• Six years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
• People management, relationship building, and leadership skills
• QuickBooks Online Advanced and Xero certification preferred
• Business administration or accounting certificate or diploma considered an asset
