Cloud Administrator Intern AWS Azure

AWS and Azure administration experience starts at SOTI as a Cloud Administrator Intern in Mississauga, with hybrid co-op work. Support cloud resources, tickets, and releases.

This temporary internship supports SOTI’s cloud-hosted applications and internal customers. You will address development and corporate application issues, assist a Senior Cloud Administrator, and maintain AWS and Azure resources. The work includes security, network, application changes, and cloud-side support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve issues and stories from development and corporate applications teams
• Assist the Senior Cloud Administrator with testing and releases
• Maintain AWS and Azure resources within cloud-hosted applications
• Operate change management for security, network, and application changes
• Resolve employee tickets and support customer-facing teams

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of AWS and Azure services
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration
• Understanding of virtualization and cloud delivery models
• Awareness of Infrastructure-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Build practical AWS, Azure, Windows Server, and cloud operations experience while supporting SOTI’s applications and teams.
