Overview

In this role you shape and lead complex, multi-cloud transformations for clients across industries. You define technical direction, drive agentic AI workflows, and ensure secure, scalable architectures with robust operations. You partner with clients and partners to translate business goals into modernization roadmaps and measurable value. You will mentor teams, influence senior stakeholders, and champion full-stack observability and resilience. This role combines strategic architecture with hands-on engineering to deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client conversations to define solutions spanning public, private, and hybrid clouds
  • Set technical direction at scale and mentor others through coaching programs
  • Own the Agentic Roadmap and guide architectural evolution to autonomous agent workflows
  • Design enterprise applications with high availability, fault tolerance, and zero trust IAM
  • Drive modernization and operating models, translating business goals into technical roadmaps
  • Advise on cloud economics, sustainability, and resilience to optimize performance and cost
  • Ensure full-stack observability, SRE, and AIOps across architectures
  • Manage and mentor teams of architects and engineers, including performance coaching
Key requirements
  • Strong command of software architecture and ability to link decisions to business outcomes
  • Proven cloud experience across one or more platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM) including PaaS, API gateway, IaaS, networking, HA/DR, containers, orchestration, and iPaaS
  • Clear Agentic vision with experience in multi-agent orchestration and governance for autonomous agents
  • Expertise in Modern Engineering Patterns: Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD
  • Hybrid/multi-cloud proficiency and ability to integrate with legacy systems
  • Operational excellence translating non-functional requirements into robust architectures
  • Advisory skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders
