Overview

In this role you guide and shape client architectures across public, private, and hybrid clouds to deliver scalable, secure transformations. You will drive the Agentic AI roadmap, set technical direction, and collaborate with clients and partners to translate business goals into modern architectures. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and ensure high performance, resilience, and value through observable systems and cost-aware design. This role offers impact at scale with a focus on agentic AI, security, and sustainable modernization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client conversations to define and drive architecture solutions across multi-cloud environments
  • Set technical direction and influence decisions at scale with training and coaching support
  • Own the Agentic Roadmap and guide orchestration, state management, and autonomous workflows
  • Design enterprise applications with high availability, fault tolerance, and zero-trust IAM
  • Shape modernization roadmaps, target operating models, and cloud economics optimization
  • Champion system performance, resilience, and full-stack observability (SRE/AIOps)
  • Manage and mentor teams of architects and engineers, providing coaching and career development
Key requirements
  • Strategic architecture capability linking technical decisions to business outcomes
  • Experience across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM) including PaaS, IaaS, API gateway, container platforms, and iPaaS
  • Clear vision for Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, governance for autonomous agents
  • Deep engineering patterns knowledge: Microservices, EDA, DDD
  • Hybrid/multi-cloud architecture skills; bridging legacy and cloud
  • Operational excellence translating NF requirements into robust architectural decisions
  • Advisory skills including storytelling and senior stakeholder management
  • Storytelling to non-technical stakeholders
  • Senior client relationship management
