Overview

In this role you will guide clients through complex cloud and AI-enabled transformations, shaping architectures across public, private and hybrid environments. You will set technical direction and drive solutions that align with business goals, backed by training and mentoring programs. You will own the Agentic Roadmap, addressing orchestration, state management and safe autonomous agent use. This is a high-impact advisory position focused on robust, secure, cost-conscious, and observable architectures at scale. Responsibilities
  • Lead client conversations and shape solutions across cloud environments
  • Set and influence technical direction at scale with coaching support
  • Own the Agentic Roadmap and guide architectural evolution for agentic workflows
  • Design enterprise-grade applications with high availability, fault tolerance and zero-trust IAM
  • Drive strategy, modernization, and target operating models in collaboration with clients and partners
  • Optimize performance, cloud economics, sustainability and resilience
  • Promote full-stack observability, SRE, and AIOps
  • Manage and mentor teams of architects and engineers
Key requirements
  • Strong command of software architecture and ability to tie decisions to business outcomes
  • Experience across one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM) including PaaS, IaaS, API gateway, networking, zero-trust IAM, HA/DR, containers, orchestration, iPaaS
  • Clear vision for Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration and governance for safe deployment
  • Modern engineering patterns: microservices, event-driven architecture, DDD
  • Hybrid and multi-cloud expertise; ability to integrate legacy with cloud
  • Operational excellence translating non-functional requirements into robust architectures
  • Advisory skills: communicating complex concepts to senior stakeholders
  • Engineering/development experience and capability to contribute code, ADRs or reference architectures
  • Storytelling and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
