Cloud Application Services Manager

Lead cloud application services at Sonova, guiding backend capabilities, platform services, and operational support through reliable technical delivery. Work in a flexible hybrid environment.

As Manager, Cloud Application Services, you will lead and develop the team supporting Sonova’s digital solutions. The role combines workforce planning, stakeholder collaboration, agile delivery, and operational improvement. You will help ensure cloud services, documentation, and practices meet quality, security, compliance, and maintainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Cloud Application Services team
• Manage recruiting, evaluations, development, and succession planning
• Support cloud backend and platform service delivery
• Maintain operational backlogs, priorities, and risk management
• Coordinate deliverables with leadership and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Five-plus years working with cloud-related services and technologies
• Experience leading teams and planning resources
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and technical environments
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and MS Office
