Cloud Data Engineering Manager

Lead cloud data engineering with CARET, using analytics architecture and hands-on software development to build scalable customer platforms. This manager role offers no stated work model.

As Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead teams building CARET’s cloud data platform for legal and accounting firms. The work spans data analytics, big data, data warehouses, data lakes, and actionable business insights. You will guide software and data solutions across products and platform development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering team members
• Lead onshore and offshore technology staff
• Own the data and analytics technology roadmap
• Guide architecture, development, testing, and documentation
• Partner with Product on platform and product improvements

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Ten years technology experience and seven years people management
• Seven years designing data architecture and models
• Hands-on Azure or AWS experience
• Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake product experience
