Overview
In this role you will design, implement and support cloud capabilities across public, private and hybrid environments. You will collaborate with engineering, development, operations and security to automate cloud solutions that enable next‑generation services. You will focus on security, reliability, scalability and performance in complex operational contexts. This is an opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies and help shape cloud practices across the team. You will drive impactful improvements in automation and deployment efficiency.
Responsibilities- Design, build and configure cloud services to meet business and application needs
- Monitor, optimise and secure cloud environments for performance, cost and compliance
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation or ARM templates
- Build and automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- Implement cloud security best practices including IAM, encryption and network security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable reliable deployments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of cloud engineering practices and automation
- Experience designing, deploying and managing AWS solutions
- Strong IaC experience, especially Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and pipelines
- Solid networking knowledge (DNS, VPNs, load balancers, firewalls, routing)
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborative work style across multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
