Overview
In this role you will design, implement, and support enterprise cloud and infrastructure solutions for a leading law firm. You will drive cloud projects across Azure and AWS, shaping secure, resilient, and high-performing environments in a fully remote capacity. You’ll act as a senior technical escalation point, providing guidance and ensuring smooth transitions from project to operations. This opportunity lets you influence cloud strategy within a professional services context, using automation and best practices to scale and secure the estate. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade cloud solutions that support the business.

- Design, implement, and support enterprise cloud and infrastructure solutions
- Lead technical projects and provide expert guidance on cloud technologies
- Strengthen and expand Azure and AWS environments using industry best practices
- Produce technical documentation and support the transition of solutions into operations
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues and root cause analysis
- Strong experience with Azure infrastructure (AWS experience highly desirable)
- Expertise in cloud architecture, IAM, networking, security, and monitoring
- Solid PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience with SIEM, SCOM, and enterprise troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure and hyperconverged environments is advantageous
- Cloud certifications are desirable but not essential
