Cloud Engineer

In this role you’ll design, build and secure scalable cloud infrastructure for critical services in a Belfast-based programme. You’ll own cloud engineering tasks, automate deployments and bolster platform security with a focus on reliability and performance. You’ll work with OCI, Kubernetes and Linux in collaboration with security and engineering teams to deliver high‑performing environments. • Design, build and maintain secure cloud infrastructure (OCI)
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and scripting tools
• Implement cloud security controls, manage networking and IAM
• Support Linux environments and containerised workloads with Kubernetes
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve cloud services

• Cloud engineering experience with secure cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, scripting (Bash, Python)
• Strong Linux administration and Kubernetes experience
• Understanding of cloud networking, IAM, firewalls, encryption, secure practices
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of cloud environments
