In this role you will support and deploy cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure within a growing Managed Services team. You’ll handle multi-programme support, contribute to technical documentation, and participate in on-call rotations. The position emphasizes collaboration, customer communication, and broad cross-technology exposure, offering a chance to shape cloud platforms and practices. You will work on diverse environments and drive reliable, scalable infrastructure in a security-conscious setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide third-line cloud infrastructure support and project involvement across multiple programmes
  • Manage both cloud-hosted and privately hosted environments on AWS and Azure
  • Contribute to technical documentation and project work packages
  • Participate in on-call rotations with an optional extra payment
  • Assist with system design, configuration, and operational controls for cloud and on-premises environments
Key requirements
  • Passion for infrastructure and managed services background
  • Ability to multitask across programmes and adhere to customer SLAs
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with customers
  • High organisational capability to manage multi-programme demands
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and explaining technical concepts
  • ITIL change control experience or awareness
