Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

In this role you will manage and improve cloud-hosted environments across production, development, and testing. You will troubleshoot infrastructure, application, database and network issues while strengthening Azure-based systems and security. You will contribute to automation, documentation, and disaster recovery testing in a collaborative, international team. The position offers hands-on ownership in a period of platform and product consolidation, with opportunities to influence processes and drive improvements. This is a chance to shape resilient cloud infrastructure key to the company’s growth and modernization.

• Hybrid working (3 days in office)

• Support and maintain cloud-hosted production, development and test environments
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure, application, database and networking issues
• Manage and improve cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Monitor platform performance, reliability and security
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
• Improve operational processes through automation and documentation
• Support disaster recovery planning and testing

• Experience supporting cloud-based production environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure
• Experience within a Windows environment
• Good understanding of infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of cyber security, vulnerability management and infrastructure security
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues
