Cloud Infrastructure Technology Analyst Student

Cloud infrastructure and networking await a Technology Analyst Student in Edmonton, Alberta, supporting PCL for an eight-month term starting January 2027.

As a student, you will assist PCL’s technology team with cloud infrastructure, network equipment, AI processes, automations, and scripting. The assignment supports research and development initiatives, proof-of-concepts, system documentation, and business process requirements. You will help maintain cloud governance and resolve incident escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, monitor, and maintain mission-critical cloud infrastructure
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment
• Remediate incident escalations from customers and technology teams
• Implement AI processes, automations, and scripting
• Maintain accurate system documentation and project requirements

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in information technology or related program
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of subnetting, LAN, WAN, and VLAN concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Co-Pilot knowledge is an asset
