Cloud Microservices Application Architect

Build cloud-ready applications with Docker, OpenShift, microservices, and RESTful APIs as Citi's Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst. This is full time. This Vice President-level technology role leads application systems analysis and programming activities. You will establish or revise application systems, align designs with architecture blueprints, and support new products and process improvements. The position combines Java development, cloud deployment, database expertise, and complex problem solving. Key Responsibilities:

Develop Java services within microservices architecture Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and OpenShift Define system enhancements supporting products and process improvements Evaluate complex business and system processes Resolve high-impact application problems and issues Requirements:

Eight or more years of relevant applications development experience Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns Experience with Docker and cloud platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated leadership and project management skills Bring cloud deployment, microservices, Java programming, and architecture expertise to Citi's applications development team.
