Cloud & Network IT Support Technician – Field & Onsite

Skye Business Solutions in High Wycombe is seeking an IT & Network Support Technician to join our growing MSP team. You will provide remote and on-site support across client environments, helping maximise value from Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud services.

You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software, implement cybersecurity best practices, and maintain documentation while travelling to customer sites in Buckinghamshire and the South East. A hands-on, customer-focused approach is essential.
