Cloud Operations Administrator Ottawa

Configure and secure cloud instances as a Cloud Operations Administrator in Ottawa, using automation and monitoring expertise. This permanent full-time position follows a hybrid work model.

Working in CBN’s North American service delivery group, you will support Canadian government customers at federal and provincial or territorial levels. The position focuses on cloud operations, system administration, infrastructure as code, security, and reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain services, nodes, networks, and infrastructure components
• Improve infrastructure as code and automation pipelines
• Monitor system and database instance performance
• Manage security measures against unauthorized access and threats
• Provide technical support across test and production environments

Requirements:

• Four to seven years of system administration or cloud operations experience
• Knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, automation, and network protocols
• Technical expertise with Linux, Windows Server, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service and hybrid environments
• Eligibility to work in Canada and obtain Reliability Level I clearance
