Cloud Operations Engineer — Flexible Working

London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is seeking a proactive Support Engineer to join our IT team in maintaining secure, stable, and high-performing systems. You'll own 2nd/3rd line incidents, support Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Entra, monitor services, and contribute to security and data protection across the organisation.

This role requires strong troubleshooting, ITIL familiarity, and a proactive mindset for ongoing improvements.
